Rotating left and right glute for EOD pinning

My math says 42 injections. What is your question? Might want to try getting more comfy with some other injection spots, rather than hitting each cheek every 4 days. If you get any injection pain 4 days isn't always enough to recover. Quads are easy once you give them a try.
 
12 week cycle is like 24 shots bro, 2 per week? or you doing more bro?...generally I hit left glute, right glute, left shoulder, right shoulder and sometimes biceps if it's something like tren acetate.....

Was going to be a 12 week cycle so like 45 injections? Only comfortable with glutes...

i only pin glutes
almost 4 weeks in on EVERYDAY Tren A. I rotate the glute of course. No scar tissue, nothing

call me crazy, but I'm never pinning anywhere else.

5-6 more weeks here i come.

you can but you'll be sore as hell bro....VERY sore...would suggest adding shoulders...
 
do Glutes-VG-Shoulder. Easiest spot ever and for me almost no soreness at all :)

Quads can be hit and miss for what I have read.
 
sure it can be sore from doing ED on glutes. but nothing compared to a brutal lunge and squat workout.. no comparison.

plus when the thai massages near my Pain in glutes helps also...always make sure they massage it a haha
 
VG is quite possibly the easiest for me. easy to reach, can use both hands to steady the pin, its done sitting down, can do like 5cc there or something crazy like that. ive only done 3cc with no issues, even if it has some pip it doesnt effect walking or workouts at all. def look up ventrogluteal, super easy and smooth. I do quads, glute, VG, delts in that order. once you find the sweet spot quads are ok. first few times i hit nerve or vein, now i found where i can inject and not hit anything. glute is actually my least fav, hardest for me to reach
