VG is quite possibly the easiest for me. easy to reach, can use both hands to steady the pin, its done sitting down, can do like 5cc there or something crazy like that. ive only done 3cc with no issues, even if it has some pip it doesnt effect walking or workouts at all. def look up ventrogluteal, super easy and smooth. I do quads, glute, VG, delts in that order. once you find the sweet spot quads are ok. first few times i hit nerve or vein, now i found where i can inject and not hit anything. glute is actually my least fav, hardest for me to reach
