Running @Raptor Labs gear and fuck feels like I’m growing like a weed
Pack on same insane weight in a short period
Today session was a push session with volume
A- PUSH

1/ Incline DB Chest Press 4 sets….10-12 reps

2/ Smith Machine Bench Press 4 sets….10-12 reps

3/ Seated DB Shoulder Press 4 sets….10-12 reps

4/ Arnold DB Press 4 sets….10-12 reps


5/ DB Pullovers 4 sets….10-12 reps

6/ Weighted Dips *Elbows In* 4 sets….10-12 reps

7/ BB Skull Crushers 4 sets….10-12 reps
