It’s been a solid week everything is going great,mentally I feel good and I’m ready happy with my journey

Yeah after 2 weeks I think I started to get a numbness feeling in both hands, and what feels like growing pain, but soon learned that it’s the water retention pressure against the nervous system or something like that
