Hi gents a little update on my journey

Starting the morning with a banana before hitting the gym early morning hitt and AB’s session 20 high intensity cardio
Rowing machine and box jumps

Morning breakfast was oats and whey protein shake and a banana

Pin day
500mg test e
600mg Eq
300mg Deca
8iu Hgh
15iu lantus ( previous dose was 10iu) but coach bump it up

1/ Weighted Chin Ups 4 sets….

2/ Bent Over BB Row 4 sets…. 70kg,100kg,100kg, 10-12 reps 110kg drop set 60kg extra 15 reps



3/ plate loaded back row 4 set 10-12 reps 40kg,100kg,120kg,120kg drop set 80kg extra 20reps



4/ BB Good Mornings 4 sets….50kg,50kg,50kg50kg10-12 reps



5/ Lat Pushdowns *Wide Grip* 4 sets….30kg30kg30kg40kg10-12 reps



6/ Barbell Curl 4 sets….45kg45kg45kg50kg10-12 reps



7/ Seated Bilateral Hammer Curls 4 sets….20kg25kg25kg25kg10-12 reps



8/ Cable Crunches 4 sets….30kg30kg30kg30kg10-12 reps

I will say that this session was a tough one I’m feel a lot carpal tunnel pain from the hgh muscle pain I’ll definitely push myself though this because I want to fucking grow 💪💪💪

I need to add I’ll be adding in Hcg as well this was made by a new lab Core Phamra I’ll be trying it out and adding it in my logs

And a whey protein shake

No cardio this morning

No oils injections

8iu Hgh a day
I split it up into two parts injections
I had 4iu this morning of Hgh
15iu of lantus insulin



Today session was tough my body aches and I have water retention from Hgh and the palms sore just pushing the bar, but I managed to keep the show going but dropping the weight a little i’m pushing to absolute failure on the last set

1/ Incline DB Chest Press 4 sets….25kg45kg45kg10-12 reps 45kg drop to 30kg 20 reps



2/ Smith Machine Bench Press 4 sets….80kg 100kg 100kg10-12 reps 100kg drop to 50kg 25 reps



3/ Seated DB Shoulder Press 4 sets….25kg 40kg 40kg 10-12 reps 40kg drop to 25 20reps



4/ Arnold DB Press 4 sets….25kg 35kg 35kg 10-12 reps 35kg drop to 20kg 30 reps





5/ DB Pullovers 4 sets….20kg, 30kg 30kg10-12 reps 30kg dropped to 20kg 20 reps



6/ Weighted Dips *Elbows In* 4 sets….30kg 40kg40kg 10-12 reps 40kg took the weight off and pumped out 30 reps own body weight



7/ BB Skull Crushers 4 sets….20kg,40kg40kg 10-12 reps 50kg dropped to 25kg pumped out another 25reps



Spoke with my coach about carpal tunnel and he’s giving me an option to help counteract I’ll head to the chemist today to get the stuff I need and I’ll see how it goes
5-10 grams of taurine, 2-3 grams of vitamin C, um and 500 micrograms of vitamin B6.

I will say I’ve never stacked on size like this before, into my 4th week of this cycle @Raptor Labs is definitely delivering the goods

Hey bro i actually had a massive last 2 weeks that threw me off a bit. I got a full neck tattoo which I’m still healing from very stiff and sore and a broken routine that really made me a tiny bit depressed. But I did managed to get a first session last night on legs which I was really happy about. I’ll be hitting the gym later on today.

Yesterday I was back in the gym, i fell off a little bit before hand but I am slowly getting back on track again

No oil injections
Hgh 4iu in the morning and 4iu in the afternoon before bed
15iu lantus

I can honestly say that not now getting no bad sides from hgh anymore like
carpal tunnel ect

My diet has not been great but I’m not eating fast food still just eating over my macros but it’s a new day lads so I’ll definitely be getting it in checked today

My previous week last week was 84 kg
Current weight 85.9kg
