2/ Bent Over BB Row 4 sets…. 70kg,100kg,100kg, 10-12 reps 110kg drop set 60kg extra 15 reps
3/ plate loaded back row 4 set 10-12 reps 40kg,100kg,120kg,120kg drop set 80kg extra 20reps
4/ BB Good Mornings 4 sets….50kg,50kg,50kg50kg10-12 reps
5/ Lat Pushdowns *Wide Grip* 4 sets….30kg30kg30kg40kg10-12 reps

I will say that this session was a tough one I’m feel a lot carpal tunnel pain from the hgh muscle pain I’ll definitely push myself though this because I want to fucking grow
