Morning gents
Yesterday I was back in the gym, i fell off a little bit before hand but I am slowly getting back on track again

No oil injections
Hgh 4iu in the morning and 4iu in the afternoon before bed
15iu lantus

I can honestly say that not now getting no bad sides from hgh anymore like
carpal tunnel ect

My diet has not been great but I’m not eating fast food still just eating over my macros but it’s a new day lads so I’ll definitely be getting it in checked today

My previous week last week was 84 kg
Current weight 85.9kg

A1/ Pull Ups 4 sets…. 20, 25,25,25AMRAP



A2/ Lat Pulldown 4 plate loaded sets..80kg100kg160kg,160kg12-15 reps



A3/ Rack Pulls *From the knee* 4 sets…12-15 reps\ 80kg,140kg,140kg,170kg



C1/ Preacher Curl 4 sets 40kg,60kg60kg60kg12-15 reps



C2/ Incline Bilateral DB Curls 4 sets 20kg,20kg,20kg,20kg12-15 reps



C3/ Cable Curls 4 sets 30kg,50kg,50kg,55kg12-15 reps

No cardio workout

Hey mate my apologies I should’ve been a little bit clearer about what I was talking about

I fell off the rails a little bit because I wasn’t handling the sides from HGH as its the first time using Hgh and I wasn’t sleeping very well, and trying to maintain my balance in my gym routine and my personal life,
While I things pop up in my personal life I at times feel like I wasn’t finding the time to train instead my time was needed in other areas,
So my routine was broken and I didn’t feel good about it or the best way to address it.
I’m a young father and family man all these things are and will always be apart of my life I just need to learn how to manage it and move forward in a positive direction

Ok. Suggestions:
1) Train early. It allows you to do whatever else is needed through the day
2) Structure. Like a cast iron routine.
3) Analysis of PED use, effects etc. That's for the log. Even reading back over it yourself. HGH ought to have made the sleep better.

Yes I’m now back to a healthy sleep pattern, I’ve adjusted well to 8iu of Hgh now

That's a lot. I'd suggest 2-2.5ius max per day

Your probably right, the best part of it now is that I’ve got past the worst part of it, things are still going forward as well as things are I’ll keep on going but if things take a turn for the worst I’ll definitely drop it back
