The good thing about today is that I managed to eat a much better range of food as I said before my diet was something that I gave up on for a short period of time but it feels like I am in the mindset of getting back on track with it I did take a couple photos but unfortunately the file is too big to post sorry gents I know I’ve been asked to show some pictures. I’ll see if I can load them up after I finish logging this.
