Approved Log Roughy steroid cycle and training

This was my check in with my coach I thought I would share as my log

Check in day

First of all again i wish to thank you for your kindness and support in helping me with my journey mate, I understand that the last week has not been easy for you and I really appreciate you

Well I guess I had some things going on in my life with my little girl being sick from a chilli chocolate that my partner 7yr old son thought she would like it, hopefully she will be home tomorrow if all goes well

My biggest challenge for this week was my mental state feeling angry and anxious also sadness but I think I managed it well by not giving up on my own goal and training as hard as I can to keep myself motivated

I’m eating so well hit my macros doing the hard work outside the gym not gaining weight but staying the same but building so much muscle and lean muscle

Drugs
Suss 500mg eod
Npp 300mg eod
Adrol 50mg everyday
Sdrol 1ml everyday 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours before gym


Today way my biggest lift to date
Incline Bench Press (Smith Machine)
Set 1: 122.5 kg × 8
Set 2: 122.5 kg × 8
Set 3: 100 kg × 12
Set 4: 60 kg × 30

Chest Supported Rows
Set 1: 50 kg × 10
Set 2: 20 kg × 35

T Bar Row
Set 1: 80 kg × 7
Set 2: 60 kg × 12
Set 3: 30 kg × 20

Triceps Dip
Set 1: +30 kg × 12
Set 2: +20 kg × 15
Set 3: 30 reps

Lat Pulldown - Wide Grip (Cable)
Set 1: 100 kg × 10
Set 2: 80 kg × 15

Seated Overhead Press (Dumbbell)
Set 1: 50 kg × 3

Triceps Extension
Set 1: 36.5 kg × 10
Set 2: 25 kg × 25
Set 3: 20 kg × 26

Reverse Fly (Dumbbell)
Set 1: 12 kg × 20
Set 2: 7.5 kg × 30

Chest Fly
Set 1: 35 kg × 10
Set 2: 15 kg × 20

Preacher Curls Plate Loaded
Set 1: 85 kg × 4
Set 2: 60 kg × 10
Set 3: 40 kg × 25
Not to mention my strength in my legs wow I’m really kicking off and definitely destroying my PB and goals and lifting super happy with everything still got a lot to go and a lot to learn but I am definitely blessed to have someone like you to help me learn things tools that I need for the future to help the next generation of young people who want to learn thank you very much

and add valerian root liquid a few drops

I really appreciate your advice but it’s more to do with my daughter being sick she is only 4moth old and she’s my first child so I’m using good others then that

I’m not too sure about cbd being legal I don’t get into that kind of stuff

All cannabinoids are legal in Australia as long as individuals get medical cannabis through an authorized prescriber scheme. Again, a 2020 amendment made it legal to purchase low-dose CBD oil in Australia, taking it off their list of prescription medicines.
get some cbd it has no thc wont make you high but calm you
