Check in day
First of all again i wish to thank you for your kindness and support in helping me with my journey mate, I understand that the last week has not been easy for you and I really appreciate you
Well I guess I had some things going on in my life with my little girl being sick from a chilli chocolate that my partner 7yr old son thought she would like it, hopefully she will be home tomorrow if all goes well
My biggest challenge for this week was my mental state feeling angry and anxious also sadness but I think I managed it well by not giving up on my own goal and training as hard as I can to keep myself motivated
I’m eating so well hit my macros doing the hard work outside the gym not gaining weight but staying the same but building so much muscle and lean muscle
