Approved Log Roughy steroid cycle and training

Never thought I’d be feeling this strong,
30kg dumbbells chest flys I may have only got a couple of reps out but this is a epic achievement and a great starting point for more improvements 💪

This was my check in with my coach I thought I would share as my log

Check in day

First of all again i wish to thank you for your kindness and support in helping me with my journey mate, I understand that the last week has not been easy for you and I really appreciate you

Well I guess I had some things going on in my life with my little girl being sick from a chilli chocolate that my partner 7yr old son thought she would like it, hopefully she will be home tomorrow if all goes well

My biggest challenge for this week was my mental state feeling angry and anxious also sadness but I think I managed it well by not giving up on my own goal and training as hard as I can to keep myself motivated

I’m eating so well hit my macros doing the hard work outside the gym not gaining weight but staying the same but building so much muscle and lean muscle

Drugs
Suss 500mg eod
Npp 300mg eod
Adrol 50mg everyday
Sdrol 1ml everyday 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours before gym

Incline Bench Press (Smith Machine)

Not to mention my strength in my legs wow I’m really kicking off and definitely destroying my PB and goals and lifting super happy with everything still got a lot to go and a lot to learn but I am definitely blessed to have someone like you to help me learn things tools that I need for the future to help the next generation of young people who want to learn thank you very much

Not a fan of smith machines
I think it's one of those pieces of equipment you love or hate. It's one of my favourites. And contributed to my chest and shoulder mass I have put on.
 
Ok lads
So today I attempted the 500kg leg press club
Now I understand that my depth was shallow, and I know that I need more leg building before I can say I am pressing 500kg with perfect form

I not going to sell myself out
With the size of my legs but 500kg is 500kg and did rather well for my power to weight ratio
Anyone gents now I know what I need to do if I want to say I can press 500kg
