Approved Log Roughy steroid cycle and training

There is a bad bug going around as well up here in western Canada
I think it's when the kids went back to school after spring break

I got rsv flu and it’s rocked me, still feeling like crap, may need to rest body definitely take a beating after I have train stupid me, my ego in wanting to keep pushing myself is a atm a double edged sword

So lads things have been a little rough lately I’ve been sick had 3 days off
But I’m still grinding it out managed to get to the gym today tho had a solid workout of the upper body
Still trying to get my macros up 3630
Felt strong as hell body definitely took a beating didn’t have the normal spring in my steps afterwards but the show must go on


Incline Bench Press (Smith Machine)

Set 1: 130 kg × 6

Set 2: 80 kg × 15



Set 3: 60 kg × 30



Lat Pulldown (Single Arm)

Set 1: 60 kg × 9

Set 2: 40 kg × 20



Close Grip Smith Mechanic Press

Set 1: 80 kg × 8

Set 2: 60 kg × 15

Set 3: 30 kg × 35



Triceps Extension

Set 1: 30 kg × 10

Set 2: 25 kg × 22



Seated Overhead Press (Dumbbell)

Set 1: 40 kg × 8

Set 2: 25 kg × 22



Lateral Raise (Machine)

Set 1: 45 kg × 10

Set 2: 20 kg × 25



Lateral Raise (Dumbbell)

Set 1: 15 kg × 12

Set 2: 7.5 kg × 35



Lateral Raise (Cable)

Set 1: 7.5 kg × 15



Push Up

Set 1: 100 reps

Set 2: 100 reps

One thing that I have noticed is how thick my shoulders and chest are looking bf% down to 12%
This has to be the best cycle so far and I’m only 4 and a bit weeks in

@Rough_soul give your body enough rest for quick recovery.............
 
Gents I thought I would give a little update on my journey
Unfortunately I was unable to keep up with my work due to being sick, but today is a new day I am feeling so much better and I’m really looking forward to starting my cycle again today with full oils and orals back to full strength training so I’ll keep you posted as I progress along
