This week has been great I’ve been on what some people call it a deload in weight sessions still pushing a good load but not doing many set in fact most of the time just doing one set, but I was able to focus more on cardio sessions and it seems to be paying off
Got my new routine about to start it tomorrow
So at the start of my cycle been running
suss 250 and npp
Coming off the npp was a struggle mentally, for a week I just stuck with suss 250 and mast a, spoke with my coach and we are going to play around a little bit to find the best fit for me, so we are going to keep it simple and I am going to try EQ for the first time with suss 250
I am not going to use tren a, it’s a very good drug but it’s not really necessary for me to use as this is my only 2 second cycle ever
Diet is my biggest improvement in my journey
I don’t think I have gotten anywhere close to this point without the healthy food intake
