great JobHi fellas first of all I would like to thank everyone for showing me their interest in my up coming cycle and training journey.
I also want to thank HYBRIDS VIP in the Aussie selection for being apart of this and personally coaching me to achieve my goals through out this process
The program of my training is something that I have never done before the method is new to me and the achieve the end result I have to go back to the basics of training, to make me stronger as fuck.
We are aiming to standardise a rep and take it to ABSOLUTE and COMPLETE failure. The following workout, we want to be adding weight or reps without changing the rep tempo, rest period, of by putting yourself in a more biomechanically adventageous position weight. Smaller muscle groups can be taken a couple reps past the given rep range before making weight progressions.
My training routine will look like this but we will always make changes as my coach and I will do though out this epic journey.

I’m as excited to be doing a strict diet I’ve never been one to follow a diet plan so this will be probably my toughest challenge but I’m very optimistic and hungry to see myself at it’s full potential for mass production

One section is left empty so my coach and I can see how my diet is working and if changes need to be made we can make changes to suit my needs though out my journey.
I haven’t dropped any of my cycle as of yet I have been given my cycle to run and some of you guys are keen to see what it is I’ll drop it down when I’m ready to run it, some of you guys might not know but I’m not ready to run it yet until the 18th of march. Only then I will share my supplements and manufacturer lab my products

I think I’ll have to show more respect as a tackle this program not Training to this method before I was strongly surprised on how much it was tough, teaching my muscles to react under tension and pressure, whilst pushing as much rips out is something that is going to be a great challenge for me
