Last night was my first session using the program that was set up for Me
I think I’ll have to show more respect as a tackle this program not Training to this method before I was strongly surprised on how much it was tough, teaching my muscles to react under tension and pressure, whilst pushing as much rips out is something that is going to be a great challenge for me
A little shout out to my coach HYBRID labs vip in the Aussie section who put together a great program
This will definitely be a great challenge can’t wait to see how strong I become
