Bulk Cycle: Will start around end of May 2023. Values below are starting mg/wk. I may taper up a bit as we go.

Bulk diet:
Starting macros around 2500cals/270C/55F/240P .Will adjust up as we go.
Current workout split will be push/pull/legs-This will change once I can get back to heavy lifting and getting more cals in.

Single arm tricep extension 20x12/25x12/30x9 plus 20x15 back off
No shoulder work today. Both shoulders a bit sore from monday heavy (for me) side laterals
