Welcome to my new log!!
This log will detail my 2023/2024 bulk into 2024 competition season. Target show will be end of July 2024 or April 2025.

Current weight 196.4lbs.-Not sure where I will end up this time. 220+/-??

Currently on TRT at 250mg/wk

Bulk Cycle: Will start around end of May 2023. Values below are starting mg/wk. I may taper up a bit as we go.
250mg/wk test E
300mg/wk Deca
300mg/wk EQ
50mg/day Tbol weeks 1-4
3iu HGH daily pre morning fasted cardio

n2guard of course
AI as needed but doubt i will

Bulk diet:
Starting macros around 2500cals/270C/55F/240P .Will adjust up as we go.

Current workout split will be push/pull/legs-This will change once I can get back to heavy lifting and getting more cals in.

Wednesday-Legs
Thursday-Push2
Friday-Pull2
Saturday-Off
Sunday-Off
Cardio will be 10-20min at least 5 times per week.

Meal2 4oz chicken breast/1c rice/green beans
Meal3 4oz chicken breast/1c rice/green beans
Meal4 4 rice cakes pre WO
Meal5 1c egg whites/1 slice no fat cheese/80g oatmeal/half fuji apple

Arsenal Incline Bench 100x15/150x15/200x8 plus 1 drop
Pec Deck 140x15/160x15/180x15/200x15
Rope tricep extension 50x15/60x12/70x10/70x10 plus 2 drops
Single arm low to high cable crossover 3-40x10each
Single arm tricep extension 20x12/25x12/30x9 plus 20x15 back off

No shoulder work today. Both shoulders a bit sore from monday heavy (for me) side laterals

I was a fatboy this weekend. Threw down some good food at camp but got home on sunday and had mothers day brunch. Destroyed some brioche french toast and eggs. Sugar free syrup of course.

Got some relaxing in after bustin ass on the tractor all saterday!



At night we had our usual sunday cheat dinner when we aren't dieting. Was delicious as you can imagine!!!!


Lucy was tuckered out after running the trails!!
