I was a fatboy this weekend. Threw down some good food at camp but got home on sunday and had mothers day brunch. Destroyed some brioche french toast and eggs. Sugar free syrup of course.
Got some relaxing in after bustin ass on the tractor all saterday!

No training today. Shoulder has been acting up again. Saw the orthopedic surgeon today and he gave me a shot to get the inflammation down. Like bustin ass in the tractor all weekend inflamed it more than it was already. Hopefully will feel better tomorrow.
You should try deep tissue massage and acupuncture, have you considered it?
