Working on it!! Arsenal equipment is awesome but very heavy. Leg curl and leg extension are humbling. The stack on a life fitness machine is equal to about 70lbs on the arsenal stuff. Funny to watch some big strong dudes squat 5 plates for reps then you see them on the curl doing 60lbs and struggling.

Haven't measured them but they aren't that big. Always had trouble growing the arms.
