@s.gentz very nicely done, well before you sign off, please post up your finishing 224lbs pictures so the community can see the progress.I think this is going to wrap it up for this log/bulk. Hit 224lbs which is my heaviest ever and look better than i did at 212lbs in january.
Have been eating just under maintinance with lower carbs for a couple weeks now. Will continue here slowly dropping cals until the end of december when I will be starting a harder cutting cycle. I'll log the cycle when i start.
