get some pictures up of your backyard barbecue is at the very least
that's smart to let your body reach homeostasis and give it a break you should log that maybe just log your sleep and your diet
hope to see you continue to log at least a few times a week and keep us updated make sure you're okay

hopefully you don't deal with any snow storms this winter up there and can still hit the gym
you definitely put on some muscle during your bulk now you can just trim up and look super good
we still need you to post up updates for us even if you do take a break
we definitely support your logs and we will miss you if you're not posting often
stick around atleast 2 or 3 times a week and let us know any updates

Guys, appreciate all the support. Just gonna take a few weeks to prepare for diet/cycle. I'll still be commenting on others threads but this thread has run it's course as i am no longer bulking and that was the intent of the thread.
Of couse if anyone posts questions on this thread i'll def still answer.

I'll be 15 weeks out from vacation starting tomorrow so new cycle will start in 7 weeks and will end 1 week out from my trip.
I'll be starting a new log at that time for my diet/cut.

I think this is going to wrap it up for this log/bulk. Hit 224lbs which is my heaviest ever and look better than i did at 212lbs in january.
Have been eating just under maintinance with lower carbs for a couple weeks now. Will continue here slowly dropping cals until the end of december when I will be starting a harder cutting cycle. I'll log the cycle when i start.
Thanks everyone who participated in this log. I feel like the bulk was a success and you guys/girls helped keep me motivated.

Tonight’s dinner!! So good.
Sitting at 216-217lbs currently. Eating 2500cals of exactly the same meals from my log.
New log and cycle to start around Christmas.

That looks good. I have a 15lb New York Roast dry aging in my fridge. Going to go 28 days.

Nice. This was a Scottish highland from the farm near my land. Should have bought a couple. Wife had a beautiful pork chop.

I'm trying to show people on the other logs how to eat clean like this it's so simple
It's extremely simple especially if your willing to eat the same things daily. Most people get bored and want too much variety. It them becomes more of a chore and harder to adhere to. People want results but won't make the small changes it takes to get there.

Is there any other way to cook a steak? I take it off the grill ay 125f and let it rest for a couple minutes. Perfect!!!

When you cook it on the grill you just have to keep turning it. Don't let it sit too long. Comes out perfect edge to edge. No grey edges. Wish i took a pic of it cut open. Was a thing of beauty!!! Was starving though, my brain turned off once it hit the plate!!!

the only thing I'm against is T3, and you mean 50-100mcg right not mg; i've seen your look and gains, you don't need T3 imo or T4, you can do much better without them

should be enough for your thyroid, just use high dose zinc with good quercetin absorption

Yes it's mcg. I seem to work well with t3. used it 3-4 times in the past with good results.
Still up for discussion but for now it's in the stack.
 
You gonna pin eod? Tren ed?
Test and DHB twice weekly. Tren ED. For me if I keep the tren levels really consistent i have 0 sides. Even when I do trenE i pin at least 3 times per week.
