Test and DHB twice weekly. Tren ED. For me if I keep the tren levels really consistent i have 0 sides. Even when I do trenE i pin at least 3 times per week.

Tonight’s dinner!! So good.
Sitting at 216-217lbs currently. Eating 2500cals of exactly the same meals from my log.
New log and cycle to start around Christmas.
