@s.gentz how about adding protein bars and shakes? easier to bump foods and cals and protein, a few quest bars easy to get down

@s.gentz if you cant eat low appetite I would suggest adding the protein bars/shakes more to level out the macros bro

That’s kinda where I’m at. Just gonna eat how I feel for a little while and see what happens.
 
If you're not hungry, no need to force feed yourself.
Let It Go. And move on to the next day.
 
Take a couple days off to fast and then your appetite will come back strong.

When you come off. Your growth hormone will shoot up.

I don't know, man. I've seen you cook Those barbecues.

I would be really hard pressed to not want to eat up those foods!
