1000mg Citrus Bergamot daily
1200mg NAC
1000mg TUDCA
15g glutamine post WO
Starting weight 205.0
Starting Macros- 2500cals/240p/240c/65f to start
This does not include supps and intra WO carbs

With the cycle your running, you should
Give the body the materials needed to build that muscle, you won’t gain fat, being on gh and having that total gear load over 1700mg at 200lbs, you should be a feeding machine.
