Veteran Log S.gentz 2024-2025 Build Log

This log will detail my next build phase from November 2024-early 2025.
Time to add some stage weight to my frame.
Will be following the RPHypertrophy plan that i started a week ago. It will run in 5-6 week blocks with deloads.
Cardio will start at 20min post WO 5-6 days per week

Cycle will be as follows. Gear from UGFreak and Umbrella Labs
Test E 500mg/wk
Deca-300mg/wk
EQ-900mg/wk
4iu HGH Daily post WO
100mcg IGF1-LR3 on WO days
20mg/day proviron
Aromasin when/if needed
Anadrol will be added later in the cycle

Supps/Meds
12g fish oil daily
30g fiber daily on top of food fiber
5mg Cialis daily
Amlodipine/Benazepril 10/20mg daily
4 caps N2Guard daily
1000mg Citrus Bergamot daily
1200mg NAC
1000mg TUDCA
15g glutamine post WO

Starting weight 205.0
Starting Macros- 2500cals/240p/240c/65f to start
This does not include supps and intra WO carbs

Foods will be status quo.
Also
With the cycle your running, you should
Give the body the materials needed to build that muscle, you won’t gain fat, being on gh and having that total gear load over 1700mg at 200lbs, you should be a feeding machine. You will have plenty of insulin sensitivity to cater for this. Go ham bro, I seriously encourage you to take the plunge on more calories.

You should be fuller, rounder and leaner if all done correctly.
 
I would honestly bring carbs up to 350-400. Fats up by 10g. Carbs pre and post in the form of low density higher calorie options to keep stomach nice and flat and keep digestion optimal.
250 is super low, can I ask why? Not judging in anyway, just wondering what your angle is macronutrient wise as I feel like it’s on the low end.
I seem very sensitive to calorie changes. I bring things up very slowly and always make small adjustments. Carbs will come up when i increase cals again. Protien will not go any higher. It's early days right now in this build. As far as fats go I do better on the lower side. THey will come up later on if needed. On top of the dietary fats i'm supplementing 12g fish oil. THings that are consistent like the supps and intra WO i don;t count in my daily cals as they never change unless they would be pulled during a prep.

This is what my day looks like.

Meal1 530am-1/2c egg whites/2 whole eggs/4 slices Ezekiel toast/1 slice no fat cheese
Meal2 930-945am- 4oz 93/7 beef/200g rice
Meal3-Shake 12pm(49gp/6c/6f)
Meal4 130-145pm-4oz 93/7 beef/200g rice pre WO
Train around 230-3pm/25g carb intra-not in daily carb totals
Meal5 430pm-Shake post WO(49gP/few carbs from strawberries)
Meal6 545-6pm-1c egg white/1 slice no fat cheese/4 slices Ezekiel toast
Meal7 9pm- 225g 2% greek yogurt/mixed berries

I did this last time i was growing and i blew up way too fast. I def put tissue on but i was over 220 in just a couple months. I ended up cutting the bulk short as i was pretty uncomfortable. I'm trying a little different approach this time. I would like to stay on the leaner side.
My body like to accumulate fat pretty quickly for some reason.

New macros today:
2746cals/296P/254C/63f
Will run this for 3 weeks or so and reevaluate.
Added a shake in after meal2. Eating 7 meals now.
@s.gentz I also think you can do 300 grams of carbs 300 grams of protein but keep fats the same, as you have fish oil not counted there +12 grams.
You're not far from 300 grams of carbs so I have agreement with @AE1079 on this just in a smaller increase :D

I agree carbs need to come up but i need to see how the body reacts to the small protien increase i've made and then adjust from there.
I just added 49g of protien starting today so that's already 200cals bump from last few weeks.
I don't want what happened last bulk to happen again. Put on too much size too quickly. I want to go long this time and push the weights up higher at a lighter BW. So far i think things are going well except for the pizza and wings i crushed for lunch yesterday!!!! :ROFLMAO:

Did u say pizza? I made pizza yesterday and will be eating it today and tomorrow. I had the best night of sleep in many months last night. I guess my body needed pizza!!!🍕
Yes i crushed a slice of cheese and pepperoni, 2 slices of cauliflower crust cheese and about 14 wings. Funny you mention the sleep. I also slept like a rock last night!!
