Yep the high volume lower weights are going to be what u need for arm growth. I'm convinced arms need high volume low weight to grow.

Think I am going to do that when we start our 4 week lowered weights to give body a break. I guess in order to up volume I probably should keep rest periods about 60-90 sec.
