Felt a little tired today. My wife is sick so i’m sure i have a touch of whatever she has. Everything seemed heavy but still matched my progression scheme so i got that going for me. Switched out the HS high row for the arsenal low row.
Toe is bending good but feels like a bunched up sock is under it when i put pressure on it. Prob nerve damage.
For you some days are harder it feels like that for sure
on the Toe you really should take 3 days off training completely give your body time to recover sat/sun/mon
