I think i'm at the point in the diet where I need to back off a little and shoot for high reps with intensifiers. Was a struggle today to advance weights/reps.
Def don't need to push it and get hurt. I've played that game too many times over the last couple years with my shoulder.

Yeah I'm going to keep the weights the same and if I can get out more reps each week that would be cool.
I think I’m at the point where I need to lower certain exercises.

Yeah you've lost a ton of weight so that's pretty normal. I'm trying to hold off on strength/muscle loss as much as possible, but I know eventually I won't be able to keep it going.
 
It looks good man you gave me some ideas for my next push day I'm definitely gonna do some push-ups with some weights on my back
