BB curls 80 is solid
Felt great to increase weights here especially while dieting. I haven't been able to lift heavy on the biceps movements in years due to tendon/joint issues that would always come up. Hoping i can do 1 heavy movement per arm day going forward. I think once i start building again this will be very beneficial for arm growth as I have struggled with bicep size/thickness and i would love to have then catch up.Awesome.
Mushroom soup is one of my favs.Yeah there would be 0 chance i could guess the macros on that soup. Was very rich.
My wife was recently diagnosed with a pretty severe gluten sensitivity. It's been about a month now since she's eaten anything containing gluten. There is a small bakery/bistro a couple miles from our house that is 100% gluten free so she wanted to try it. Food was really good. Roll on the burger tasted just like a normal roll. The standout though was the mushroom soup. It def had some heavy cream in it but it was delicious.
We will def be going back.
That's what i'm hoping for. Biceps def need to catch up!!Those heavy weights will make ya grow
