Yeah there would be 0 chance i could guess the macros on that soup. Was very rich.
My wife was recently diagnosed with a pretty severe gluten sensitivity. It's been about a month now since she's eaten anything containing gluten. There is a small bakery/bistro a couple miles from our house that is 100% gluten free so she wanted to try it. Food was really good. Roll on the burger tasted just like a normal roll. The standout though was the mushroom soup. It def had some heavy cream in it but it was delicious.
We will def be going back.

Yeah I’m supporting her in her journey with this.
The only gluten I’m eating currently is the Ezekiel bread. That stays as it is a complete protein. There are no gluten free breads than can match the macros.

I’m just out at my land until Tuesday.
 
That's what i'm hoping for. Biceps def need to catch up!!
Haha speaking of catching up my legs need to catch up to my enitre upper body 😂 that is how I find myself picking men's physique for my class 😂

Not much food.
I had more food later in the day after I did my log.
Salad with goat cheese and candied pecans
Baked chicken wings.
I’m not training until I return on Monday so food is a bit less.
