@s.gentz thats legit lets try higher carbs but I'd space them preworkout IMO closer to training so you get max benefit of higher carbs.@Npcclassicphysique champ
Doing 2 caps each pre WO.
I was good when i started training but everything just felt really heavy and i just couldn't keep my head in it. I need to bring carbs back up to 200g. I've been under 150g all week and that's just too low for me to keep up performance.
I only went for the pizza because the wife wanted it. Was actually cauliflower crust with green olives and mushrooms. Was really good but felt like crap all night after. Couldn't even get my night shake in. Maybe a doughnut pre WO if I train today!!!
