Protein will stay around the same but carbs need to come up. Feel like crap this last week at 130g.
Might be about that time to either take a diet break for a week or two or just slowly start working toward maintenance until I’m ready to build again.

@s.gentz with trenbolone some guys cant do low carbs.

And you're neither here nor there in the situation, if you go low carbs go under 100, 50-80 ketogenic level or go 200+ more bodybuilder level.
With tren the way you feel, get carbs back in the mix or drop the tren, though last week you almost done.

How many weeks you been on Tren? I made it 7 weeks. 1 week too long.
I'm on 9weeks. I've run it 12 pre comp but felt like death the last few. But i was also dieting hard really low carb.

Yeah will see how it goes through the rest of the week/weekend. Technically this was not my planned stopping point for the tren but sometimes you just know when it's long enough.

@s.gentz to be honest I think the whole problem with your diet is the low fats, if you doing low carbs you gotta go higher fats, because protein metabolism will make you feel bad along with the mental /physical sides of trenbolone, bad combo
just a thought, how about going into more red meat, steak? and increasing fats and leveling carbs to around 200 but most around training time :)
sleep is an issue, you take melatonin?

I’m fine with lower fats if I keep carbs over 200 but the last two weeks I changed my food a little and carbs drifted down to 130. That’s where I started having issues.
Rest of this week I’m gonna just eat intuitively and see how I feel next week. Carbs and protein will be around 250 each and fats will stay around 30.

That's pretty damn good. If your starting to see muscle loss increase g I would stop the deficit. All that work putting it on sucks watching it go away. I always figure go the path of least resistance. Once that path dries up change it and go the opposite direction.

100% agree. That’s the path I’m heading down. Just gonna eat by feel the rest of the week and add 150 or so cals in next week.
I can lose fat quick but I put it on quick too. I have a very small caloric sweet spot. I’m gonna work back to it and fill the muscles back up.
One more shot of Tren tomorrow and then it’s done.

10lbs loss is amazing all bodyfat I bet and some muscle gains :) @s.gentz
lets get carbs back and protein high but add some avocado or fats, why are you against fats bro? they are good for recovery and libido and overall health, low fats tend to cause long term health issues imo

I’m not against fats at all but I only have so many Cals to work with.
On a side note I did eat 60g today😊

I’ve been liking the chicken and sweet potato that I’ve been eating. I’m just gonna up the potato
