I like it but not ready to add cals in yet. Another few weeks maybe and I’ll bump
the avocado isnt really adding calories to be fair @s.gentz it would help and not mess with your ratios

I'm guessing it's because you're lanky
Don’t know. Biceps are long and I have large elbow joints. Makes the biceps look thin.
Tried all different methods/frequencies. They just frow very slow.
