Your diet is tremendously consistent
 
Take advantage of the IGF-1 and drastically increase your carbs and protein levels.
I have a plan for this. I've never used IGF compounds so i'm using the first 4 weeks with LR3 and this 4 weeks with LR3/DES/anadrol to see how the body reacts. I will have 2 more opportunities with the IGF and anadrol and those will be later in the cycle. I will push food hard during those times.
