Yes, finishing week9 currently. I di start with NPP and test prop to kick if off fast so def got my moneys worth out of the 9 weeks. I think the IGF helped pack on a ton and it's hard to carry when it comes on this fast. I def don't have much more fat than when i started so it will be interesting to see once i drop 10-12lbs. Maybe plans will change.Did you make it 8 weeks on this bulk?
That’s good to hear. You can’t complain about that much lean tissue gain in 8 weeks. I think 8 weeks is the sweet spot. If i didn't have anything else to do but eat and train i would stay the course but i have to get on with real life as well. I think in the long run i will be able to put on more tissue this way.

Cala will prob be 2500 to start and see where it goes from there. Test will go down to 300/wk and deca around 100/wk. HGH will either go to 2iu or drop. May add in semaglutide. Haven’t decided yet. I think I would prob not use Tren right now. I try to reserve it for hard cut/prep. I guess we will see w how things progress over the next couple weeks.If u add in semaglutide make sure and use something highly androgenic to counter muscle loss. This is where Tren would shine IMO.

I think just dropping the drugs off and lowering the cals a touch will drop off some water and I’ll prob feel/look better and I can asses from there.
I liked the look I had around 205lbs. Would be nice to drop back to that and then refine that look a bit for the summer.

Ok, pulling the plug on this bulk for now. New plan going forward. Finishing out this week with diet and then will modify next week. Will be dropping anabolics way down for 8-10 weeks and dropping bodyfat. Will start another bulk around september 15 or so for 12-15weeks then go into prep for a June/july 2025 showTBD. I've def put some tissue on in the last 10 weeks and need a break from the eating. Feeling uncomfortable all the time now which is odd because my cals never got above 3,000 but eating very clean without many cheats i guess will do that. Training load will remain as high as possible and I will be continuing my current training plan for another 8-9 weeks before switching it up a bit.

I’m fine with it as far as sides/attitude go. I’ve learned to keep myself in check. I just think unless it’s for a show it not necessarily worth the strain on the body. Who knows though. I mentioned before, I think its still a fact, lower fats are an issue in bulking with high carbs, you gotta go higher protein higher fat and moderate carbs for your body type, I think @Npcclassicphysique champ brought this up in the past as well. You're not digesting it as well.

what is going to be your full gear change? I see you said test 300mgs sports trt and deca, I would swap the deca for npp
and you dont need semaglutide, you're already a controlled eater, will just make your digestion uncomfortable imo

Sometimes you just get to the point in a cycle where you just feel like you’ve done good work and it’s time to back off. I’ve put on a fair amount of size pretty quickly and it’s hard to manage that when you have other things that need attn besides eating and training.
I think a break to tighten up a bit will be good and then I can hit it again late fall for 10-12 weeks and still have plenty of runway for a nice prep.

I think you can tighten up a bit for sure, how about a CLEAN bulk recomp? thats for you bro
imo higher protein lower carbs and higher fat you'd get way more results with your body type

I still have about 15 meals at my current macros in the freezer so I’ll make those work until they are gone then start the new plan.
