@s.gentz I like the flip perfect, push protein up but you do need more fats, saturated and monosaturated will work but omega 3 will be key, some walnuts will plug any hole you have there.
I take 12g fish oil daily so I should be covered on fats.

how many years have you been doing trt
do you remember what your test levels were before I'm just curious
It's been 8-9 years now. Levels were in the 200's when i started. I prob beat them down with all of the endurance training i was doing.
After my show last year i came off totally for 3 weeks and test levels was 35.

@s.gentz 12 grams of fish oil is good but overall fat intake you're not including the 12 grams in your 55 grams level macros? or are you? clarify
you would need around 100 grams of fat so you're short, agree with eddie here

and big arms pumps I LOVE them especially the bis
