Gonna keep diet here for now. Seems to be going good. Weight coming down a bit and strength seems good.
Gonna go higher reps and push as heavy as I can.
I just woke up at 4am and couldn’t fall back to sleep.
BP is about 130/90 without. Not bad but high BP is the silent killer. Like to keep it in check. Low 120/70’s with meds. Even taking it for about a year now.

It’s not a red flag. It happens sometimes. Mind just gets goin and I can’t get back to sleep. Usually work stuff gets in my head.

I take melatonin sometimes. I don't have an issue falling asleep. It's when i wake up to piss especially in the 3-4am range my mind just gets going thinking about the coming day and I just can't get back to sleep. Might be time to try THC again. Was the same this morning. Woke up 330am to piss and took a while to get back to sleep. Woke up again at 445am and just stayed up.

Ive tried the magnesium. Doesn’t solve my issue.
This is not an all the time problem. It’s once in a while. Honestly THC helps the best with this but I wake up groggy.
