My schedule has been crazy with work and I’m just not super hungry so the last week or so I’ve just been eating 3-4 meals and not really prepping. Weight has been steadily dropping so I’m just gonna roll with it. Sometimes you need a break from the grind.

My body feels destroyed from today's squat session. Entire upper body into the diaphragm hurts. Holding breath on pause squats was the nail in the coffin.
