I've weighed this decision. I've been growing the last 3 summers. Would like to look good this year for a couple months. I'm not gonna diet way down. Just 12lbs or so just to tighten up. Last time I dropped down for vaca I looked great at 195lbs and I deg put on some tissue last year so I would like to see where i'm at when I get to 200lbs. It will let me gauge where I am and where I need to be.The alternative is to forgetting the lean out and ONLY spend 12 months on stage prep. You're only leaning out to look good at the beach. Which is more important?
Gonne be more of a recomp thena diet. Just cleaning up after the growth phase.
