Veteran Log S.Gentz Cutting and Recomp 2025 Log

The alternative is to forgetting the lean out and ONLY spend 12 months on stage prep. You're only leaning out to look good at the beach. Which is more important?
I've weighed this decision. I've been growing the last 3 summers. Would like to look good this year for a couple months. I'm not gonna diet way down. Just 12lbs or so just to tighten up. Last time I dropped down for vaca I looked great at 195lbs and I deg put on some tissue last year so I would like to see where i'm at when I get to 200lbs. It will let me gauge where I am and where I need to be.
Gonne be more of a recomp thena diet. Just cleaning up after the growth phase.

Meal1- 1/2c egg whites/4 whole eggs/1 slice no fat cheese/2 slices Ezekiel toast/6 slices turkey bacon
Meal2- 4oz chicken breast/1c rice/1c broccoli
Meal3-shake post WO
Meal4- 4oz chicken breast/1c rice/1c broccoli
Meal5- 8oz chicken meatballs/120g egg noodles

RP Hypertrophy 6 week back/bicep focus
Cable pullover-150x15x3sets
BB bent over row-190x10x3sets
HS single arm high row-145x11x2sets
BB curl-60x15x3sets
Reverse EZbar curl-40x15x3sets
Rope hammers-35x15x3sets plus 3 drops each to failure

Cardio
20min incline treadmill post WO

Supps/Meds
12g fish oil daily
15g fiber daily on top of food fiber
Amlodipine/Benazepril 10/20mg daily
7 caps N2Guard daily
1000mg Citrus Bergamot daily
1200mg NAC
1000mg TUDCA
1000mg astragalus
15mg iron

Notes
Great back and biceps WO today. Monster arm pump!!

I can see you easily 12 weeks and on stage with your condition and experience, consider it bro

I say get leaner and focus on getting more of a six pack.

The Knife Set. Looks fantastic.

The meal prep is a work of art. And its really easy to reheat it and have an easy meal.
 
People should pay close attention to the way You prepare these meals.

It's not hard to do.
