And you're looking pretty big there, nice arms and shoulders , I would work on the chest morebut overall good gains, really should get back on a recomp imo.

I’ve been modulating food up and down. Seems to be working good for me. Kind of modified diet/recomp. Figured I try something a little different than normal.

Yeah this could be a huge problem. I really like my current gym. I hear the new owners will be adding more equipment though so I will also be crossing fingers.Fingers crossed on the gym issue
