Morning cardio 15min treadmill
No other training today.
Will keep up the TB500/BPC157 for the next week until I see the doctor and just do mostly legs and some light arms is I can. I don't have any osterine left and prob too late to bother ordering at this point.
Can you get your fat in your diet? I think thats why you have joint issues

Quick update on the shoulder. Got in to see the surgeon today. Did the normal strength tests and and x-ray. He said since there was no acute injury causing the pain, clean x-ray and strength was good that he believes I just pissed off the shoulder and caused inflammation. Shot of cortisone and out the door. If the pain doesn't subside in a few days to a week he will send me for an MRI.
He said take a couple days off from the gym completely so I don't do something like move a plate wrong and rest it and then legs only and maybe some supported arms toward the end of next week. Not gonna log again until i'm back to lifting unless you guys wanna see what i'm eating daily then I would be happy to.
I will discontinue to take the peptides as it may interfere with the cortisone unless someone has experience using both together.
Cycle will continue through next week unless the shoulder isn't getting better then I will call it.
What would you recommend my fats should be as a percentage of my daily intake? On my base diet days I am currently at 70g or about 21% of may daily intake.
Agree with the fish oil. I've been slacking on that front.

Will do. Going for massage today to loosen up the lats/pecs. Lats tend to get tight.
Fats are up to 100g starting today and fish oil is back in.
