This will be close to my macros(carb<200/fat 75/protein 400) for the next 2 weeks before I slam the door and start cutting carbs hard. I'll update that in my prep log. I'll keep this log going through the rest of the week and do a wrap up post with some pics this weekend.
So this will be my last post of this log. Will be starting a new log detailing my last 13.5 weeks before first show. I think this was a pretty successful bulk. I was able to go from 194lbs to 211lbs putting on minimal body fat i think. Before/after pics below.
Had zero side effects on cycle except for some fatigue and a slightly higher BP than my normal but fixed that with 10mg daily Cialis. Going forward the EQ will be dropped after this week and test will drop as well before adding in other compounds at 10 weeks out and 8 weeks out. I'll detail this in my new log.
Thanks to all of you guys for your kind comments and support during this bulk. It made everything seems to go much smoother and kept me on track.

Kinda hard to say. Was training hard and eating pretty big so pretty tired. I would say it didn't take a hit but i wasn't looking to bang everything in sight either.
