Approved Log S.Gentz Recomp/Cut Log 2023-2024

This log will detail my recomp/cut from 12/1 to my vacation on 2/23/2024.

Starting weight was 219lbs.(down from 223lbs) currently 217.2
Starting macros 200carb/60fat/300protien. This will evolve as the diet progresses.
Diet will be my typical. Boring. Repetitive.

Cycle will be as follows:
Week 1-12
250mg/wk. TestE
400mg/wk. DHB
400mg/wk. TrenE
2iu HGH 5 on/2off AM pre fasted cardio
50mg/day osterine
20mg/day carderine
t3 80mcg/day
Yohimbine HCL 5mg
Week 8-12
50mg/day anavar
50mg/day winstrol

N2Guard daily and Aromison if needed.

Training is still PPLPP and rest on weekends. Some weekends will add in a second ham/glute focused leg day with the wife.
Dealing with a shoulder issue so taking BPC157 and TB500. Working on mobility. Still able to lift heavy.
Currently in recomp phase of the diet until 1/1/2024 then the harder cut will begin.
Goal is to retain as much muscle as possible while dropping fat to get shredded for vacation.(and maybe a late spring show)
 
the dhb and tren combo should produce some really nice results bro... i like that you are including ostarine on this one as well.. i like everything on the layout except the doses of the orals.. thats a ton of toxicity and you should really consider running half doses with them but otherwise, aside from t3, which im sure you know i dont care for, you should do really well on this one bro

This will be my first time with DHB so see how it goes. Haven't used SARMS on cycle in a while so I figured this would be a good addition. These are my 2 favorites. I seem to tolerate the orals well. These are my typical doses and they don't seem to affect my bloods any more than lower doses.
As far as thw T3, i've used it multiple times in the past with no ill effects. I feel like if you taper up/down and don't abuse the it all is good. At leats for me.

absolutely brother... you know your body... my main concern with the orals is over time the amount of long term issues it can cause... there are things you wont see on normal blood markers, especially concerning with the heart, in terms of possible plaque in the arteries... calcium scores (CAC) will give you an idea on that... the effects of cholesterol issues over time, there are many markers you dont see, like LPa, Apob, etc.. these are far far more important than basic HDL and LDL numbers... the liver and kidney long term issues are also a huge risk.. .so just keep that in mind brother, and of course, good luck with the cycle
 
Go ED with the HGH. The 5/2 doesn’t make any sense IMO.
I’ve used it both ways. Don’t think it makes that much difference. I’m using it pre fasted cardio so thats mon-fri.

15min fasted AM treadmill

though honestly I dont think you need T3, you're pretty lean and you do well and I think trenbolone can be 300mgs
or you set on T3 and higher tren?

I'm good where i'm at. These are doses i do well with. I also respond well to T3. Have used it multiple times. As i've said befrore, if you taper up/down and don't use stupid doses all is good.
 
i did that split for years in my prime. i like it and never got bored
Yeah my body seems to respond better to PPL than a bro split.

@s.gentz make sure you taper with T3 for sure and do 2/2, I find T3 works like clen with a 2/2 formula, at base minimum 2/1 with T3 is a must

I've never used it like that before?? I've never heard of it being used that way?? I run it every day from start to finish. Why would you want to fluctuate?
I always taper up and down.
 
i like push pull and legs too. but i switched to a 5 day split easier on the shoudlers
