That’s interesting. I grew up with zero food sensitivities but gained a ton of them after what happened with Meloxicam and Clostridium Dificile.

I have never regained the ability to eat gluten or even complex carbs for the most part.

Milk, I can only drink a small amount of normal milk with lactose now, but that took getting an FMT and also months and months of trying to drink it when I was reacting badly to it. Got to where I can drink a small amount just fine, cheese almost no problem at all now. Lactose free milk I can drink quite bit and the only issue is past a point it just makes me fat 😂. But has been strange going from no dairy issue, to can’t tolerate it at all, then getting back to being able to tolerate it.
How did the meloxicam effect you? I'm currently taking it daily with no issues. Was it long term use or interaction/bad response?
I had issues breathing most of the time and eliminated everything and started over. Once I put grains back in the breathing got worse so cut them out totally for years. Wasn't life or death but def had issues if I ate something i shouldn't.
After 10-11 years i ate a muffin (mainly to be courteous) and had no issues. Started introducing other grains back in and has 0 issues.
Noe 5-6 years later and all is good.

Had to leave early for work. Needed to meet some of my workers on a jobsite to go over a project. Had to start early to make sure we were complete in one day.
Just 1 back off set. Going forward there will be drop sets on peck deck and rope triceps. This is my first week on this new 10 week block so getting the weights figured out
@s.gentz perfect i want to see those drop sets in there, especially you're close to vacation time

Yes. My chicken and rice has onions, peppers and mushrooms in it. Weekend I cut starchy carbs out and have meat and vegetable or salad with my meals. Once I reduce calories again I’ll add more veg into my meals for extra volume.

Yeah is just that for a small number of people it can basically kill you flat very quickly, makes you bleed out through your guts. That’s what was happening to me, blood coming out both ends, was like a horror movie.

Under 100g is too low for me. Maybe in the last couple weeks but for now training will suffer too much.
