Under 100g is too low for me. Maybe in the last couple weeks but for now training will suffer too much.
@s.gentz its low for many you're right but have you tried TKD? where you use a targeted ketogenic diet with 100 grams of carbs right before training or 1/2 before 1/2 mixed intra, this way you get the benefits of insulin and anabolic effect of higher carbs but it's all around the time you need it, training. This way you can stay lean and get leaner while having great workouts. Timing is key bro.

That is what I do once carbs get a bit lower. I just feel like shit overall with that low of carbs. I'm not getting ready for a show and weight is dropping pretty steady(down 8lbs since 12/7) so i don't need to go lower until right before vaca if necessary.
Right now on non training days(weekends) I eat little to no carbs.
 
Unfortunately that was pretty much the last meal yesterday. Felt horrible all night. Skipped leg day. Just ate a little soup and went to bed at 730.
Still not 100%. Might take today off as well.
