@s.gentz its low for many you're right but have you tried TKD? where you use a targeted ketogenic diet with 100 grams of carbs right before training or 1/2 before 1/2 mixed intra, this way you get the benefits of insulin and anabolic effect of higher carbs but it's all around the time you need it, training. This way you can stay lean and get leaner while having great workouts. Timing is key bro.Under 100g is too low for me. Maybe in the last couple weeks but for now training will suffer too much.
That is what I do once carbs get a bit lower. I just feel like shit overall with that low of carbs.
