@s.gentz I'm following I want to see a few weeks of this, I bet you'll LOVE high fiber.Yeah steak has been digesting very well for me. I've eaten steak pretty much every day for lunch1 and a steak dinner 4 times this week and no issues.
As far as the fiber, i've been taking approx 7.5g in the morning and at night and things are definitely moving along. I would say the biggest difference i've noticed so far is the amount of material coming out seems much greater. We will keep on course and see how it goes. I've modified my log to now show all supps taken and the amounts daily/weekly of each. This will be modified every time something changes.

WO seems light but it catches up to you. I've now completed my 2 weeks of prep for this split and seem to have the weights figured for the rep schemes so tomorrow will be day1/week1 of this 12 week split. There was a puppy Yoga adoption event at my gym for a local dog rescue. Huge turnout!!
