Yeah steak has been digesting very well for me. I've eaten steak pretty much every day for lunch1 and a steak dinner 4 times this week and no issues.
As far as the fiber, i've been taking approx 7.5g in the morning and at night and things are definitely moving along. I would say the biggest difference i've noticed so far is the amount of material coming out seems much greater. We will keep on course and see how it goes. I've modified my log to now show all supps taken and the amounts daily/weekly of each. This will be modified every time something changes.
