We think alike. Boring and consistent!!!I prefer keeping things as simple as possible I eat boring and I don't mind because I'm eating for results, cits down on cooking and prepping time.

I will never do another cycle without NPP ever again. It’s my favorite now.I have always been a fan of deca in a bulk.
I’ve never used NPP but this cycle I purchased one vial to run for the first couple weeks while the deca builds up. Can’t wait to try it.I will never do another cycle without NPP ever again. It’s my favorite now.

Notes
Another tough workout today. Was barely getting my reps on the last sets(except the DL's) which is the goal of the split. Getting shot in the shoulder tomorrow. Inflammation is too much for the TB and BPC. Will continue to run them for 2 more weeks though until vials are empty.

Protein will increase as calls start toncome back up in a month or so.@s.gentz your protein is steady but I think 250 is easy to push up.
you have swelling in shoulder or just some pain? I'm concerned for you.
@s.gentz I see the shoulder issue (we all got them). You doing red light therapy? you can get a home lamp for it too, consider it.Protein will increase as calls start toncome back up in a month or so.
This is the shoulder I had surgery on in 2018. Once or twice a year I’ll get inflammation which brings fluid into the joint and causes mobility issues which isn’t good. This is not something that peptides seem to work on for me so I always try them but after a few weeks if no improvement I gag a shot. Doc said he’s fine with that as long as it’s not multiple times a year.
Just wanna make sure every box is checked before I start growing again.
I am not but my ART doc has been pushing me. I prob should.@s.gentz I see the shoulder issue (we all got them). You doing red light therapy? you can get a home lamp for it too, consider it.
@s.gentz you should get your own lamp home test it out, infrared lampI am not but my ART doc has been pushing me. I prob should.

Maybe i'll give it a try. Any recommendations on a particular lamp?@s.gentz you should get your own lamp home test it out, infrared lamp
Personally I would get one of the handheld ones that you hold against your skin if you want it to penetrate and go deep enough to actually do anything. You need to get one that has the correct wavelength.Maybe i'll give it a try. Any recommendations on a particular lamp?
