Don't over do it on you shoulders just yet. Don't want to make it angry so soon from injection. Make sure you ice it.

Today is just chest/shoulders pump. So some lighter pressing/pushup supersets and bent over side laterals with swings.

i've always viewed flank steak as no good. its usually cheap. you like it?
It's fantastic. One of the leanest cuts out there. If cooked/cut properly its just as good as a strip or ribeye.

It will be fine. No injury just inflammation and a little fluid in the joint. Happens once a year or so in each shoulder. I attack it with peptides for a few weeks and if it doesn't start to resolve i get a shot.
 
Bros the shoulders and the elbows are my two worst places
Yeah getting old sucks. Will be interesting to see how i feel once i start eating/growing again. I'm still lifting almost what i did last bulk and i'm dieting. Once the food and drugs go back in I think it's gonna be a big year for me!!!!

Shoulder felt pretty good today. Still irritated but that will go away in the next few days.
I've been hungry AF these last few days. I feel like my body wants more food but I'm not ready to give it yet. I think i need to look at body comp instead of scale weight before i start to grow again. We

Today was more pump. This one hurts!! The bent over delt raises with swings feels like your shoulders are in the hornets nest by midway through the swing portion!!!
 
So do you have an idea of when you will start your bulk?
I would say at least 4 more weeks. I’ve only been off cycle forn4 weeks right now and seem to be doing great in the gym right now. Might start back on 2iu gh post workout soon. Haven’t decided yet.
