It's fantastic. One of the leanest cuts out there. If cooked/cut properly its just as good as a strip or ribeye.i've always viewed flank steak as no good. its usually cheap. you like it?
I've been liking flank for my meal prep and NY Strip for other meals.my favorite steak is sirloin hands down
It will be fine. No injury just inflammation and a little fluid in the joint. Happens once a year or so in each shoulder. I attack it with peptides for a few weeks and if it doesn't start to resolve i get a shot.definitely keep us updated on your shoulder situation it really sucks
Yeah getting old sucks. Will be interesting to see how i feel once i start eating/growing again. I'm still lifting almost what i did last bulk and i'm dieting. Once the food and drugs go back in I think it's gonna be a big year for me!!!!Bros the shoulders and the elbows are my two worst places

It was huge!! I could eat another though. Starving last few days!!!Almost looks like a greek salad with lettuce added in.
Today was more pump. This one hurts!! The bent over delt raises with swings feels like your shoulders are in the hornets nest by midway through the swing portion!!!My favorites to workout!
I would say at least 4 more weeks. I’ve only been off cycle forn4 weeks right now and seem to be doing great in the gym right now. Might start back on 2iu gh post workout soon. Haven’t decided yet.So do you have an idea of when you will start your bulk?
