I would say at least 4 more weeks. I’ve only been off cycle forn4 weeks right now and seem to be doing great in the gym right now. Might start back on 2iu gh post workout soon. Haven’t decided yet.

Are you going to eat less on this bulk and go longer? I know your last one you got sick and tired of eating so much.

Last bulk was tough because I started right after a show and ate way too much right off the bat instead of reversing out of it. This time I plan to bring up food much slower. I know I will gain fat but I’m going to try to stay leaner this time so I will have an easier prep for next April.
Prob cheats once a week as usual.

I've been hungry AF these last few days. I feel like my body wants more food but I'm not ready to give it yet. I think i need to look at body comp instead of scale weight before i start to grow again. We

Yeah getting old sucks. Will be interesting to see how i feel once i start eating/growing again. I'm still lifting almost what i did last bulk and i'm dieting. Once the food and drugs go back in I think it's gonna be a big year for me!!!!

The hunger is more like my body want it. Wants to grow. I'm just not ready yet. I think i'm in a pretty good spot. Eating enough to maintain or even add weight to my lifts. It may just be this new training split. It is hard!!!!

I've been taking a daily anti for a while. Seems to keep everything in check for the most part. Shoulder have just been an issue for years. I thnk flat barbell bench is the culprit. I don't do it anymore. Either DB or machine press now.

Yes flat bench is bad for shoulders. Incline bench seems to be fine though.

Yeah it want to but i'm not ready. Only eating +/- 2000cals and lifts are still great. Body comp is getting better. 4-5 more weeks and i'll start bringing cals up a bit and then roll into my bulk cycle.

I don't do any barbell benching anymore. Either DB of machine. I need good alignment and th barbell forces me to be in a position i don't like for my shoulder. I never did get 3 plates on the flat bench though. Always seem to get injured around 305lbs.
Arsenal flat press and incline press are great.

I pretty much do Hammer Strength, dips, cable and machine flys, and other machine presses. I will start adding in dumbbells soon. Just waiting for my elbows to heal up before doing them.

It will be fine. No injury just inflammation and a little fluid in the joint. Happens once a year or so in each shoulder. I attack it with peptides for a few weeks and if it doesn't start to resolve i get a shot.
What causes it
