N2Gaurd does the same as 8 caps "Kidney stuff"
The "kidney stuff" was recommended to me to try so I gave it a go. Supposed to flush the kidneys and help improve your blood numbers. This morning was my last dose. Have bloods in a few weeks. We will see if this experiment has any merit.

Bros how long it been since you had sugar lol?
I had some treats a few weeks back on vacation but in everyday life i don't eat sugar or foods with very much added sugar. Jam on my morning toast is about the only added suagr I eat daily.
 
Any special plans for the weekend?
I'll be down at my land. Have some tractor maintenance to get to this weekend.

Not ready to push the cals up more yet. Another couple weeks.
