I’m lucky to have PT who does his clients at the 2 CrossFit gyms when not in use. Basically like having a pvt space. Of course there are no machines and everything to improvised and replicated using CrossFits items/ equipment. But PT knows his stuff I’m in good hands.It's a wreck most of the time in there.
