Weight 204.4lbs/Goal before Bulk 190-195lbs-This may change to mirror in a few more weeks?
Food-2301cals/243c/251p/35f

Meal1-1c egg whites/1 slice non fat cheese/6 slices turkey bacon/2 slices Ezekiel toast
Meal2- 5oz chicken breast/125g rice
Meal3- 5oz ground turkey/1c rice noodles/onions/peppers/mushrooms/tomato sauce
Meal4- Post WO shake + 9g glutamine
Meal5- 6oz tilapia/150g rice/asparagus
Meal6- 1.5c mixed frozen barriers/1c non-fat Greek yogurt

Diet will change a bit tomorrow. New macros are 350p/250c/35f.

@s.gentz arsenal squat, thats the one with the platform right? I dont use it had ankle issues after man
super clean meals as always

204 is a good weight I think you can do around 210 but you need to plan the cut soon bro

I’ve been using the arsenal as my shoulders are not flexible enough to back squat and I don’t like the safety bar so I’ll just stick with this for a while.

Cutting won’t start for a while. I’m at least 47 weeks out depending what show I choose.
I’ll be starting a lean bulk next week after bloodwork. Gonna go around 18week build then 10 weeks off and then into prep.

I don't really care to be shredded right now. The goal is to put on some muscle.
@s.gentz thats fair enough you're thick already with your high protein if you push to 300 you can gain mass easy IMO I liked that high mg cycle you had planned, lts push that through bro

Will be starting that cycle next week. I'll lay it out in a new log unless the consensus is I should just keep this one going.
