Weight: 169.4

It's insane the fat loss that is going on. I'm almost tempted to do a day by day picture compilation to show it. Anyways, crushed some 1RMs today by a LANDSLIDE.

Day 29

Weight: 168.8

Even more vascularity in forearms, calves, shoulders, and abs. More striations in shoulders. Strength is getting intense. Did a weighted body weight movement that I haven't done in over a year and crushed it with a 90lb increase right out of the gate. Here is an update to my protocols: GW has been complete for 5 days now. S4 is still at 50mg 3 increments/day. Increasing my ECA stack to 2-3 doses a day now.

Day 30.

Weight: ??who knows b/c I don't today??lbs

Just a rest day. More yoga and mobility training. Going over my upcoming week with my diet and in much need of some more electrolytes and potassium. Someone is feeling suuuuper tight. Ab veins are getting gnarly. By gnarly, I mean we are probably looking at closing in on 7-8%.

Weight: 168.8

Developing strep but trying to secure the gains. I'm eating only maybe 300 calories less right now. It's definitely a rest day. Mobility training and yoga.

Day 32

Weight: 167.8

Didn't hit the gym today. I need to up my water intake for tomorrow to push more nutrients around. Throat pain is decreasing. I'm on the tail end of this and doing good. I'm going to strive for 500 more calories/day to hit 170 in the next 30 days of this cycle. So, the goal will be 170 @ 7%.

Weight: ?????

Feeling really good about all my lifts so far. Hit chest and tris today with no problem. I was only physically drained after. Nothing really new to convey today. Tomorrow will be different though after I come back to life and am 100% better.

Weight: 169.4

Strength increasing like crazy. Seeing more definition in shoulders and legs. More vascularity in arms and calves. I'm surprised, honestly. Strep throat usually puts me out for 1-2 weeks and I lose muscle mass.like crazy. I recovered in just under 3 days, gained weight, and still got stronger. I did have some backup meds though.

Weight: ????

Did a super quick workout today. Increase in everything: strength, vascularity, size. Here is where things get crazy: our coworker basketball game today. I was able to play the full 1hr 45min and I don't do cardio since I stopped the GW. I stopped the GW like 10 days ago and feel like I am still holding on to a lot of the gains I got from it endurance wise. Things get even nuttier though. I was sore going into work because one, I normally don't do cardio and two, I'm using muscles and performing movements I don't usually perform. Well, out of nowhere, later in my shift it literally all disappeared. I didn't take any pain reliever or anything except my third S4 dose.

I feel as strong now as when I was 195lbs and in prohormones. Overall, great day at gym.

Weight: 170.6

Hit squats, back, & biceps today. My last reps are getting increasingly easier. Although I try to make sure my last rep is my last rep, it seems like less of a struggle every week. Huge increase in vascularity to abdomen, forearms, and calves. Water intake has been quite low the past couple of days, so current weight is quite accurate.
