S4, Caradrine and stenabolic good for athletes?

Hello guys! During the last 3-4 months av been ill and not been able to work out as i did before! Im not looking to build a shit ton of muscle as im a footballer in europe and rather have a ”slim” athletic body. Gained probably 13% extra fat so im probably at around 24% body fat which is not ideal, and i also lost a few kgs of muscle.

So what i was thinking to loose some fat and help alittle with the muscle gains was S4 at 25 mg for 8 weeks as im scared of the vision side effect, and if i feel like it bump it up to max 50 mg, also stack with GW and SR9009 at the recommended dosages for about 2-3 months!
Only 22 years old but been very intrested in this the past year!

Any other takes thats very mild and wont totaly fuck me up after the cycle, also how would a pct look for the one above?

And if u have other takes please let me know with the pct to that aswell!

First, you have been ill for 3-4 months, so its hard to say what you should do or not do now, especially sarms and pct, and sarms can shut you down like s23.

You understand that reading your post raises more questions than answers,right?
What we need from you, if you want an honest sarms cycle layout, is we need you to start a NEW thread with your LOG journal diary of diet and training and supplements so we can guide you into a sarms cycle. If you dont have a log start keeping one on the forums as you go.

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

Alright, thanks for all the help! But what i mainley need help with is to decide what to take to improve the most on the pitch so loose body fat is a big one for me!

And also the Biggest question of them all! Do i need a pct / a mini PCT after a cycle like the one mentioned in my first post!

Will look in to the logs and all in just abit!

@Molle thats fine but you know you can lose bodyfat and make gains but we still guessing without your log, can you start the LOG asap please?

If you're scared of the vision just drop the S4 entirely

GW is great for fat loss but we know from the studies and the anecdotal evidence from those of us who have used it the more you exercise and the better you eat on it the more better results you get bigtime.

so don't use it as a crutch but take advantage of it with daily fasted cardio and your diet needs to be on point 100%

Not neccessarly scared of it, just dont want it to effect me on the pitch that much, u dont think its worth going with at 25mg/day?

And SR9009 is still a go?
 
i used s4 75mgs and had vision issues after a week
it's not a big deal they go away if you stop
