Sarms and Oxandrovar cycle log!

IMO oxandrovar and trenavar is overkill...as oxandrovar has trenavar in it already...you're overdosing...besides that log looks great

Thanks for the reply man. I've had a few people tell me the same thing about the trenavar and a few others tell me 90-120mg of trenavar is the sweet spot. Right now, with the added trenavar and the 3 caps of Ox, I'm at 100mg and did not plan to go any higher. When you say I'm overdosing though, that makes me a little uneasy, lol. You think I should drop it? I just wasn't to get everything out of the cycle that I can but obviously I'm not as experienced as you guys. I have not had any side effects, as of yet. What should I watch for?

get bloods done, you are taking a lot of stuff and figuring out exactly where things are at this point wouldn't be bad idea at all. you quite a bit of ph tren, its effective even at 60mg fyi.

right now just blood pressure would be the only to really watch for now, you liver values will begin to take a hit soon from being on so many orals but that is just short term.

you should be seeing or starting to see good strength gains, id drop the reps and add weight. take advantage of it and when you lose some post pct gains at the end it wont mean shit because of how much you can add in these last 3-6wks.

really start off the bat, warm up and than get right into the heavy working sets. waste no time.

Thanks man! I'm not too worried about increasing arm size or chest size, I am a pretty big dude. That however, is the problem. I'm tired of being as big as I am and just not having the strength that I feel I should but that is all changing. I'm chasing that 300 pound bench real hard.

If 300 is what your after and your not looking to reap the rewards of the close grip as it pertains to size, let it deliver the strength your looking for.. It is sure to get 300 off your chest in a hurry.

Heavy pin presses to boot. Allows the body to get used to really heavy weight. Coupled with close grips, you may be pushing reps with 300 let alone one, keep at it my friend. Just teying to give you some quality advice, nothing more.

Size and strength are two totally different things. Just because u r big doesn't mean you are strong

I have a buddy I work out with. He is bigger than me I'd say another 15-20. But he is half as strong as me.

Gymrat- Thanks for the reply, brother! I haven't noticed any issues with blood pressure or anything else but I will closely monitor it. If I start to notice any sides I will immediately drop the added trenavar. As far as getting bloods, I will try and find time to get some, my schedule is so hectic right now. For most of my compound lifts I go as heavy as I can for lower reps and basically do what you say, warm up and get to it. Squats is the only exception; however, I think I will change that to the heavier weight lower reps this week.

Uther- Thanks for the advice! I'm always looking to reap the rewards for size on all the lifts that I do. Strength is my number 1 goal at the moment, 6'3" at 290 (weighed myself this morning) around 15%bf I got plenty of size but I won't complain with more. When I can walk out of the gym pushing 6 plates I will be one happy mofo!

Krazie- I completely agree with you, hence why my number 1 goal is strength. I don't want to be the big guy that looks strong who really isn't anymore. I wouldn't consider myself weak though, just not as strong as I should or can be. I am really excited to see where this cycle is going to take me. I think since this is my first cycle it should be pretty epic.

The strength gains should be coming on soon. Epi alone gets me strong as an ox, and you have some other nice compounds in Oxandrovar that make it even better

^^ for strength gains drop the volume and no.of reps. Increase weights and lift in the range of 4-6 reps.
Just a suggestion :)

Yea, that is how I do all of my compound lifts except for squats but that is changing this week, I'm going to start going heavy lower reps. Thanks for the suggestion, man!

Day 23- Monday

I missed my update yesterday because I didn't have time. I had a crazy ass day at work yesterday, I basically busted ass for 13 straight hours and only got about 5 hours of sleep the night before. I really didn't think I was going to have a good workout because I was beat but I thought that the Ox was probably going to be kicking in by now and I would still get a good workout in. Boy was I wrong, I had a terrible workout. I felt like shit the entire workout, I had 0 drive, focus and intensity. Even though I felt so crappy, I didn't regress and I did make some very small gains in some lifts; so, I guess that's not too bad considering how hard I worked at work.

Deadlifts- 275/8 370/6 410/5 435/3 455/1 325/8 (Pretty disappointed that I didn't make any gains on deadlift this week.)

Seated rear delts machine- 60/20 60/20 60/20 60/20 60/20

Standing strict dumbell military press- 70/6 70/6 70/6 70/6 70/6

Lateral shoulder raise machine- 50/10 50/12 50/12 50/12

Barbell curls- 120/6 120/6 125/6 130/5

Dumbell tricep kickbacks- 45/10 45/10 50/8 50/8

All in all, it wasn't the worst workout I've had but it def wasn't a good one. I really didn't feel anything from the Ox during my workout but it was probably just cause I was so beat down from work.

On a side note, I am weighing in at 290, so I am going to start lowering my calories. I can't handle eating all this food anymore, the thought of eating is starting to make me sick. I'm starting to really feel the extra weight at work now too, so I think I'm at a good spot to start recomping. I have put on a nice amount of mass.

holy shit you are a big boy ...

I weigh 200 and change and I eat a lot so I know it must suck

Lol, yea and I think I'm big enough for now. I actually have like 0 appetite right now and every time I try to eat I feel like I just want to throw up. I'm not sure if this is just because I'm burnt out on eating or if it's from the PH's. I'm going to give it another day or so and if it doesn't get better from lowering my calories I'm going to lower my dose.

Day 25- Wednesday

I was feeling pretty lethargic at work today but for the most part I attribute that to just being beat down this week. I have had a pretty rough week with work and I haven't gotten much rest. On top of that, with the extra weight I'm carrying around working 13 hours outside in the heat, in long sleeve shirt and pants, it's taking it's toll. On a positive note though, today while I was changing in the locker room at the end of my shift one of my coworkers from another department asked me if I was on roids, lol. He said, "damn, you look like the hulk man. Are you taking steroids or what?" I got a pretty good laugh and said, "na, I just eat A LOT of food and lift heavy weights." Had a pretty decent workout but I just felt slightly nauseous and had some heart burn. My workout went as follows:

Bent over strict barbell rows- 135/12 205/6 210/6 215/6 225/5 235/5

Barbell shrugs- 315/10 325/8 330/8 335/8

Standing dumbell revese flies- 60/6 65/6 65/6 65/6

Seated dumbell hammer curls- 60/8 60/8 65/6 65/6

Hammer strength lat pull downs- 180/7 180/7 190/6 200/6

Close grip lat pull downs- 160/10 180/6 190/5 190/5

My strength is slowly increasing, I can feel it. It isn't increasing as much or as fast as I was hoping but slow and steady is the way, I know. One thing I can tell you is, I am looking massive. When I cut down some bf I'm going to look scary.

Here are some mid cycle pics. They aren't very good pics and I don't think they give complete justice to my actual size but keep in mind, that is a full size door behind me.

you're still a very big boy!

Yea, I'm ready to work on getting shredded now.

Day 26-Thursday

So, last night when I went to bed I couldn't sleep at all. My mind was racing a million miles a second. I felt like I was having crazy ass thoughts that I couldn't even process quick enough to understand. I know it sounds strange but that's the best way I can describe it. So, after tha,t plus the fact that my appetite has tanked, I have decided to take everyone's advice and drop the extra trenavar. I felt better today eating then I have in a while and I didn't feel nauseous during my workout. I did something today that I have never done and that was skip my preworkout meal, I just could not stomach it. Even though my appetite was better I still just couldn't eat that meal. I did just smash my post-workout meal though and it was awesome. I def made some gains today and hit some new PR's but I didn't really feel much stronger. I haven't really felt like I have noticed any umph from the Ox. This is only the end of week 2 and I don't really know when or what to expect from it since this is my first time with a PH. My workout went as follows:

Flat Bench- 135/30 225/8 235/5 245/4 255/3 260/2 followed right after with 225/2-chest felt hammered.

Dumbell incline bench-90/8 95/6 100/5 100/4

Close grip bench- 170/8 175/6 175/6 180/5 180/6

Single arm dumbell lateral raises- 55/8 55/8 55/8 55/8 Super set with

Single arm tricep pull downs- 50/12 70/8 80/8 90/7

I def made strength improvements from last week but like I said I just didn't really have that "on" feeling I guess you would call it. I attribute a lot of my problems this week to getting my ass hammered at work and I didn't feel well because I was probably dosing too high.

Legs tomorrow...

Day 27-Friday

So, for anyone that has been following you will know that I have been doing lighter weight squats with really high volume. Today, I switched it up and started doing lower reps heavier weight and it felt great; I was definitely ready for the switch. I didn't go as heavy as I probably could have because it has been so long since I went heavy that I really didn't know where I was at. Also, I am really liking the lowering of my calories, I am feeling a lot better. I don't feel like I'm noticing a whole lot of extra strength from this cycle, not like I did a couple weeks ago. I hope I start noticing something from the Ox soon.

Squats- 135/12 185/10 225/8 245/6 260/5 275/5

Dumbell step ups- 45/10 45/10 45/10 (I really picked the pace up on these and I was pouring sweat and my heart was thumping afterwards.)

Standing calf raises- 120/75

Leg press- 360/10 450/8 540/6

Dimmel dead lift- 155/12 155/12 155/12 155/12

Single leg hamstring curl- 90/8 100/8 100/ 110/8

Trust me bro.. that Oxandrovar kicked in for me real quick. I was very surprised to say the least

Well, that kind of has me worried because as of right now, I can't really say I attribute any gains to the Ox. Now, let me say, I'm just finishing week 2 and I don't have the experience to know what to expect. I feel though, most of my gains are from my diet and training with a nice kick from the sarms. I have had a killer headache today but I think it was from squatting yesterday. I think squatting aggravates a nerve in the back of my neck from the bar sitting there.

give it alittle longer. Not eveyone responds the same.

Yea, I figured I'm just being impatient. I def think I've been way to aggressive and not shown this stuff the proper respect. I did not feel well at all yesterday, bad migraine and laid in bed all day. Since I have started the Ox my appetite has been nonexistent. Today, when I got up for work, I felt horrible. I felt like I had the worst hangover ever. I feel better now but I still don't feel right. I am backing down the dosage starting today, back down to 2 caps. I've been making excuses for why I feel like shit and today I'm listening to my body. No way would I ever make any gains feeling like I did today not to mention I can't eat. Let this be a lesson to all, this is some potent shit, respect it.
